    “You have 1 invitation”

    Frequentemente ao entrar no messenger, encontro a informação de que existe um convite em aberto. Ao clicar na imagem sou redirecionado para o meu perfil onde não existe qualquer convite em aberto. Naturalmente abri um chamado de suporte e recebi a seguinte mensagem hoje:

    Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are seeing a pending invitation on the main Windows Live Messenger window.  When you click on it, you are directed to your Windows Profile page, however, no invites can be seen from there. You have uninstalled and reinstalled the program but to no avail. We apologize for the confusion this may have caused you.

    Please know that this is a known issue with Windows Live Messenger. Our product group is aware of this and is working diligently for a resolution. The fix is set to be rolled out on the next release of Windows Live Messenger. Unfortunately, our Product Group didn't give the exact date as to when the next release of the program will be.
